Next Stop: New York City
I've been waiting for an opportunity like this for a long time now. After 3 years of working on my craft, I finally get to showcase my talents on the big stage. On September 15th and 16th, I will be performing stand up comedy at the Broadway Comedy Club in Manhattan. All of the greats have gone to New York to become stars, and now it's my turn. I will be auditioning for my residency at the club, which will allow me to perform in New York on a regular basis, thus expanding my audience and my brand. I've been everywhere else in the country, but I didn't feel I was ready for NY until now. I wanted an hour a solid material before I even started thinking about venturing to the Big Apple. I believe that I am now ready to tackle this task and further my progression as a comedian. This next step is crucial. It can potentially open new doors, establish new relationships within the industry, and land those big time gigs that I've coveted for so long. It's showtime next weekend, and I'm ready to make New York laugh.
